The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building and optimizing processes, driving continuous improvement, and possess functional expertise in manufacturing, SHE, quality, and capital investment. Key responsibilities for this role include leading a large team, fostering a culture of accountability, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer focus. The role demands a leader with superior advisory, relationship, and stakeholder management skills, who is also adept at problem-solving, and has a strong bias towards action. Applicants must have at least 5 years' experience as a site leader in complex manufacturing, with a preference for those with a background in process manufacturing, particularly in the plastics and chemicals sectors. The role requires a candidate with a hands-on, proactive approach, capable of both tactical execution and inspiring teams to achieve operational excellence. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a background in engineering, operations, or business. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual, able to work across multiple cultures, and will be expected to travel up to 25% of the time.
