The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing policies and procedures that ensure the efficient operation of the organization's Revenue Cycle program, with a focus on generating sufficient cash flow to support both operations and strategic initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader who can maximize operational efficiency, optimize reimbursement, and deliver exceptional customer service. The VP will also be tasked with organizing and leading intra-departmental efforts in areas such as Patient Access, Revenue Integrity, and Patient Financial Services. Candidates for the Vice President of Revenue Cycle position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a master's degree being desirable, and at least 15 years of progressive management experience in healthcare receivables. Extensive knowledge of hospital and professional fee Revenue Cycle and regulatory requirements is essential, as is experience with payers, providers, hospitals, and physicians. The role demands a leader with strong presentation skills, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and a background in utilizing and optimizing Epic.
