The successful candidate will be the face of the organization, responsible for both strategic and operational leadership. This role demands a leader with a strong background in senior care, particularly in skilled nursing and assisted living, and a deep understanding of the values and lifestyle associated with the community. The CEO will work closely with the Boards of Directors to preserve the organization's mission, enhance the quality of services, and ensure the financial stability of the community.
