The successful candidate will be a key partner in the University's strategic planning, providing inspirational leadership and strategic oversight to the areas of undergraduate and graduate admissions, student financial services, and marketing and communications. This role is particularly significant during a time of visionary leadership, institutional growth, and increased enrollment. The VPEM will be responsible for merging traditional and evolving enrollment strategies to effectively recruit and retain a diverse and dynamic student body, and will have the opportunity to develop an emerging enrollment management division and enhance recruitment efforts for both graduate and professional programs. Applicants for the Vice President for Enrollment Management position at the company should have a Master's degree or higher, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in higher education admissions, enrollment strategies, communications, market research, financial aid, and student information systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of enrollment success, be entrepreneurial and collaborative, and possess in-depth knowledge of enrollment trends, data analytics, and recruitment practices.
