Candidates for the CIO position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a Bachelor's degree required, and a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in IT leadership. Essential duties include overseeing the management of various IT systems and services, utilizing frameworks and methodologies to maximize value, and managing relationships with third-party vendors.
