The CEO will be responsible for the organization's strategic vision, operational effectiveness, and financial performance, with a strong focus on person-centered, data-driven, and integrated programs. This role requires a leader with a minimum of ten years' senior leadership experience in a complex, multi-site operation, and a clear commitment to the quality of care and community engagement for people with I/DD. The successful candidate will be the ultimate guardian of the organization's mission, culture, and fiscal health, and must be prepared to serve as the chief advocate, raising the organization's visibility and awareness among key stakeholders. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in transformational leadership, with the ability to make tough decisions and a deep compassion for the individuals served. The role demands a leader who is visible, inspiring, and politically astute, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the Board, staff, and the community. Experience in fundraising, a strong appreciation for philanthropy, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a developer of others, and will have a relentless focus on quality care and continuous improvement.
