The successful candidate will be responsible for leading process improvements, data measurement, and the execution of various operational functions, including membership and contract operations, reconciliation, and data management. A key aspect of the role is to develop a data-driven operations team that is attuned to healthcare industry trends and is adept at designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance end-to-end processes with a focus on value creation. The SVP will also be tasked with collaborating with executives to address operational performance issues and provide critical metrics and data to support the organization's product portfolio. Applicants for this role at the company should have a BA/BS in business or a related field, with a graduate degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in senior leadership operations roles, ideally within the healthcare or supply chain sectors. A strong background in process engineering, including methodologies such as Lean, BPO, Radical Redesign, and/or Six Sigma, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in improving process productivity and a deep understanding of multi-sided healthcare network business models.
