Role Overview: Sodexo is #Hiring our experienced Facilities Director for our client partners at La Sierra University in Riverside, CA. 5+ years of previous director experience in Fully Integrated Facilities Management including Swimming Pools, Energy Maintenance and Athletic Field and Turf management in a large, complex environment is required. Our successful candidate will have strong financial acumen and develop excellent client relationships with strong customer service skills. Hands on mechanical expertise, proactive communication and a demonstrated history of making positive operational change with a focus on accountability are required for success in the role. What You'll Do: Lead our team to manage both hard and soft Facilities ManagementTrain, Mentor and provide professional development for entire teamManage Swimming Pools and Energy MaintenanceManage Athletic Fields including TurfReport accurate budgets What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
