Client relationship is an important aspect of the role and able to build trust and cultivate partnership. Working knowledge of HVAC and plumbing is required.  Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the custodial staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas of the campus are regularly maintained. Inspect campus facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. Coordinate with other departments to address specific cleaning needs and special events. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Respond to emergency cleaning situations promptly. Prepare and manage the custodial budget. Conduct regular meetings with custodial staff to discuss progress, challenges, and updates. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in facilities management is a plus. Proven experience in custodial management or a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
