Our client, a leader in the merchandising and packaging industry, is seeking Assembly Fulfillment Workers to join their team. As an Assembly Fulfillment Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assembly Fulfillment Workers Location: Chippewa Falls, WI Pay Range: 1st- $14.00/hr. 2nd-$15.00/hr. 3rd-$16.00/hr.                          .50 increase in pay after 500 hours worked Shift:   1st (Mon-Fri 7am-2pm), 2nd (Mon-Fri 2pm-9pm), 3rd (Mon-Thurs 9pm-7am) What's the Job? Team assembly and fulfillment of retail displays Fold, form, and assemble product Use glue and tape guns to secure work Maintain a clean and organized work environment  What's Needed? No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Capability to perform physical tasks and operate machinery safely. Reliable attendance and punctuality. What's in it for me? Perfect attendance bonus incentives!
