Their mission is to restore confinement buildings safely and efficiently, guided by their pillars of knowledge, innovation, craftsmanship, capability, and teamwork. As the Controller you will oversee accounting operations, manage month-end close, and prepare financial statements using QuickBooks Desktop. You will provide financial leadership, identify improvement areas, and conduct profitability analysis. The position offers a hybrid schedule with two remote workdays per week.To learn more, click here: What You'll Do: Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Manage month-end close and prepare financial statements.Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for all accounting activities.Provide financial insights and updates to company leadership.Conduct profitability analysis and identify cost reduction opportunities.Develop and implement financial strategies for growth.Lead and mentor the accounting team.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.Manage the annual audit process with external auditors.What You'll Need:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven experience as a Controller or similar role, preferably in construction.Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
