This position plays a key role in the management and operations of the company; a strong work ethic, excellent communication and follow through, and a passion to promote environmental health and safety is a must!The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring all aspects of account management are delivered successfully; from sale to service and beyond.Five years prior experience in pest control or a similar industry that operates routes to service clients.Three years of recent successful operations or general management and leadership experience.Results-oriented, assertive, accountable, and goal-driven, with a passion for quality service and developing new business.Excellent communication ability, strong leadership skills, and enjoy solving problems.The ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime, travel within our service territory (as needed)Must have a valid driver's licenseCreating, implementing, and maintaining quality standards across several functions of the business.Account generation, maintenance and retention; hiring, training and supervision of technician staff; and solid management of business operations.Rest Easy Pest Control provides a generous compensation package where strong professional and reliable performance is rewarded!
