Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in commercial millwork construction to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. This role involves planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all aspects of the project.Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project to keep operations smooth.QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, specifically in millwork projects.Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project management methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
