About the Customer Service Representative Role: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for clients and patients, you will ensure a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. This role will be at our Front Desk as well as our Cancer Center. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Sunday 8a-6p, Front Desk Wednesday 7a-4p, Front Desk Thursday 8a-6p, Cancer Center Friday 8a-6p, Front Desk Compensation: Starts at $18/hr + 15% Shift Differential on the scheduled Sunday What You'll Do Providing a warm and kind first impression to clients and pets. Communicating professionally with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing. Scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing client inquiries. Updating patient records and maintaining accurate client information. Assisting with patient admits and discharges, as well as processing payments. Supporting the cleanliness and organization of the hospital. Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requirements A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and multi-tasking in a high-volume environment. Comfort interacting with pet owners and discussing veterinary care. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively. Experience in customer service, pet store, grooming, kennel work, animal industry preferred. A desire to learn more about veterinary medicine and support our mission to provide exceptional care.
