We engineer top-tier residential and manufactured housing HVAC equipment that our contractors love to install, our end-users comfortably enjoy, and our partners proudly carry.ResponsibilitiesPosition Responsibilities:Responsible for preparing parts Gather, organize, verify quantities and quality of partsPosition and align components using hand tools, jigs, and fixtures Fasten parts securely using screws, bolts, and adhesives Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify any defects or misalignmentsConduct thorough inspections of completed assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards Identify and report any defective parts or assemblies to management Keep workstations clean and organized Understand and maintain proper inventory control methods and tools Ability to work with small parts with precision Ability to identify and troubleshoot assembly issuesMust be able to read and interpret instructions with or without accommodationPerform other related duties as required by supervisor. QualificationsPosition QualificationsHigh degree of attention required to prevent injury to others. Ability to move or lift up to 29lbs unassisted with or without accommodation. RequirementsEmployees must be able to read numbers, perform basic mathematical calculations and comprehend basic safety instructions. Must be able to work overtime as business need require.
