Plant Controller

We are seeking a PLANT CONTROLLER who excels in leadership decision-making and building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:· Provide strategic financial oversight, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.· Lead and mentor a high performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.· Partner with plant leadership to drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.· Champion cost control initiatives while maintaining a people-first approach.This full-time Controller role is a part of our Bluffton Leadership team and reports to the Director Finance Operations with a dotted line report to Plant Manager. Required experience:· Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.· Proven track record of outstanding decision making in a manufacturing setting.· Well-rounded financial expertise, balancing strategy and execution.· A people-oriented mindset, building trust and engagement across the organization.Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.Preferred Experience:· Experience in QAD and One Stream is a plus. (or similar integrated manufacturing system)· Experience working in an automotive manufacturing environment.· 5-8 years as a controller or similar financial leadership position.
