Sr. Project Manager- MillworkPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager specializing in Millwork to lead and manage our millwork projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to industry standards and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage millwork projects from planning through execution and completion.Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to ensure project success.Conduct risk assessments and manage changes to project scope and schedule effectively.Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to provide updates and address any issues that arise.Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, building codes, and other relevant regulations.Utilize project management software (e.g., Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit) to track project progress and document deliverables.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in millwork or construction.Strong understanding of construction processes, millwork specifications, and industry standards.Experience with ERP systems and project management software.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and performance management techniques.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
