The associate is responsible to provide essential frontline leadership for direct reports to include prioritization, workload balancing, performance reviews, gap identification, implement recovery plans and process direction to the Group for problem resolution. Responsible to lead Key Development Areas, Personnel, Performance Metrics and Department Resources.
