Overview: College Relations Manager - Remote Benevis is an integrated Dental Services (DSO), headquartered in Atlanta, GA that operates and supports 155 dental offices throughout the country. In 2002, our founding dentists envisioned a company that could provide needed dental care to often underserved communities, while helping dentists manage the day-to-day administrative burdens of operating a dental office.Over the years, we have grown to over 2 million patient visits per year and expanded our service offerings to become an industry leader in providing non-clinical, business support services to dental practices in 16 states and Washington D.C.Benevis now employs more than 3,000 employees and nearly 400 Dentists, working toward innovative advancements to deliver the very best patient care and experience with our doctor led, patient focused approach.We are currently recruiting for an outstanding College Relations Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to attract graduating Dentists. You will build strong relationships with dental schools, driving recruitment efforts and promoting the Benevis brand to future dental professionals Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to foster relationships with dental schools to drive engagement and recruitment including social media outreach and marketing approach. Plan and manage calendar for hiring events and career fairs Build and maintain relationships with a network of dental schools and the ASDA executive board Identify and prioritize colleges and dental programs tiering by top schools that produce the most candidates aligned with the company's staffing needs by market Promote the company's participation in recruiting events and travel onsite or participate in virtual sessions to engage with students before, during, and after the events Respond to students' inquiries about the company, including topics such as culture, compensation and benefits, training and development opportunities, and other relevant areas Build and nurture relationships with talent communities through channels such as text messaging, email, and social media Educate students on the company's employment brand and organizational culture Guide candidates through the interview process Secondary Functions and Responsibilities: Create marketing collateral including presentations, videos, and other marketing materials to showcase the company's employer brand, job opportunities and career growth/support. Monitor industry trends and best practices, stay informed on campus recruiting trends and identify opportunities to enhance strategies, driving positive organizational outcomes Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years' experience in campus recruiting Minimum of 1 year as a College Relations Manager required Required or Specialized Skills: Professional Communicator both Written and Verbal Strong Presentation Skills Reliable Organizational Skills Proactive Nature Strategic Thinker Team Oriented and Collaborative Facile in ATS and Complimentary Systems Consistent with Processes and Documentation Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with a Sense of Urgency.
