Overview: Join Our Team as a Front Desk Assistant (Patient Care Coordinator)! Must be Bilingual in Spanish/ English! Location: Wellness Dental 1157 S. Crismon Road, Suite 103 Mesa, Arizona 85208 Experienced with Dentrix G Series, full arch dentistry, and implants. Skilled in multitasking in a fast-paced environment and handling all front office functions: patient check-in/check-out, understanding ledgers, insurance billing, and AR follow-up. Comfortable reviewing treatment plans and financial options with patients. Proficient in Google Sheets for managing reports and data. We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Front Desk Assistant to join our team and help provide an exceptional patient experience.As a key member of the administrative team, you'll work closely with the clinical team and office manager to ensure smooth operations and a premium patient experience. Responsibilities: The Front Desk Assistant is a role that supports both the dentist and the team in delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to state regulations. Key Responsibilities: We care about our team members and understand the hard work that goes into providing a premium patient experience. You will be provided the necessary training and ongoing support to be successful in your role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice with a smile Create and maintain a productive and efficient scheduleCheck in and check out patients according to the practice protocolsEnter and update patient information as necessaryAppointment confirmationSupport patient charting for doctors and perform various office tasks as neededCollaborate with the team to ensure optimal patient satisfactionManage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and discussing treatment plans and financial arrangementsOther administrative tasks as delegated Qualifications: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and friendly attitudeStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients of all ages and backgroundsExperience with Dentrix, managing dental office finances, and multitasking effectivelyAbout Advanced Dental Implant Center:Advanced Dental Implant Center clinics specialize in providing patients with a lifelong alternative to dentures through fixed arch dental implants, known as our Teeth-In-A-Day Solution.
