Position Summary/Objective The Product Specialist is responsible for supporting the Employee help Desk, the Product Team and ensuring escalated support issues are evaluated and resolved as appropriate. The position will act as a liaison between technology and business teams within the company for support and product issues. Provides a variety of software support and troubleshooting solutions to resolve software application issues. This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Dayton, OH but working remotely. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prioritize and resolve problems as they arise without supervision Resolves Service Desk"¯inquiries"¯and provide training and support as needed Perform root-cause analysis to identify current state inefficiencies"¯ Partner with Product Team to investigate business process improvements"¯ Propose and implement improvements"¯for"¯applications"¯such as Salesforce, Service Cloud, Rent Café and Yardi Voyager"¯ Provide timely support"¯for users and work with them to solve existing problems, troubleshooting software applications"¯ Create content for user training and case management Assist Product Manager's and leaders in assigned Silo to understand strategic growth initiatives Foster's strong working relationship with Silo and Market Leaders Work with Engineering and Product teams to plan, support, test, and execute change within the technology Host New Employee training and continuing education training Perform other duties as assigned"¯ Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, SKILLS, and Abilities) Two years of single family or property management experience. Yardi property management software experience preferred. Bachelor's degree, not required, but preferred Strong business, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills, with the desire for continuous"¯learning and development."¯ Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment."¯ Ability to make thoughtful decisions independently"¯ Ability to effectively balance high volume productivity demands against ability to provide analytical troubleshooting and problem resolution."¯ Strong Team Player, excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills, self-motivated / drive, flexible."¯ Knowledge of property management operations"¯experience"¯a must Knowledge of industry best practice Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Supervisory Responsibility This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
