Sales Administrator

EXPECTED RESULTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS The primary areas of responsibility include: Command Concrete Manage the set up and ongoing maintenance of projects in Command on COD Customers. Manage all Sundry Charge & Item files and ensure appropriate default pricing/availability. Assist any changes of Outside sales team in Command Sales Process Tools Manage Creation of Open Bid Projects and ensure accurate data to open bid Assisting Outside sales in quoting and work sheets Manage the creation and maintenance of RMX One Drive project folders. Create reports as directed using Command and PowerBI Manage Mobile Jobsite User interaction Dispatch & Sales Liaise between Dispatch & Sales for any matters of importance. Point of contact for new and house accounts. Provide Sales with Recording of Customer orders. Billing Providing Documentation for Sales on Disputes. Calculate all extra charges and verify billable charges in collaboration with outside sales. Provide Outside Sales assistance of customers request of invoice/ticket copies.   KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES The primary areas of responsibility include: Bid Prep and Proposals Sales Support Customer Service   REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Good organization, time management and attention to detail skills Critical thinking skills to resolve administrative or customer concerns. Strong mathematical, computer and telephone skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage deadlines efficiently Ability to work under pressure Bilingual a plus   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred 3+ years related experience in the concrete industry and/or ready-mix industry   TRAVEL REQUIREMENT If required upon approval    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
