Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting. The Resource Primary Therapist is a key member of our clinical team, providing essential therapeutic support across various Monte Nido locations. Responsibilities Include:: Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions across designated Monte Nido locations.Support clients in their treatment journey, delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including dietitians, medical professionals, and psychiatric providers, to ensure comprehensive client care.Step in as needed to cover caseloads, ensuring continuity of treatment when site-based therapists are unavailable.Conduct clinical assessments and contribute to treatment planning.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.Uphold Monte Nido's philosophy and culture, supporting clients in achieving recovery. Qualifications:: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology).Licensure in New York (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or eligibility for licensure.Experience working with individuals with eating disorders strongly preferred.Ability to travel regularly between multiple locations as assigned.Strong clinical skills, with a compassionate and client-centered approach.Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities. #montenido#LI-ONSITE
