This is the first level of a three-level career development class series. Work assignments enable incumbents to obtain the experience required for advancement to Senior Biller.What you will doExecutes billing and/or network invoice process by customer invoices to ensure costs & pricing for parts is accurate; researches and resolves any errors detected while ensuring compliance with insurance standards & company policies and procedures.Responds to basic & common client billing questions and issues after researching and determining the appropriate resolution; escalates more complex situations to Billing Specialist II and/or Management.Identify and communicate to department leadership any discovered system problems, trends or repetitive issues with assigned clients when these occur.Other duties assigned by management.Education QualificationsHigh School Diploma RequiredExperience Qualificationsless than 1 year RequiredSkills and AbilitiesMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointUltiProOracleOur people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
