Let us be the best place you'll ever work.A Brief OverviewThe Supply Chain Analyst is instrumental in the development of reporting and advanced analyses to drive measurable, profitable decisions across Safelite's Supply Chain. This position combines data from multiple internal sources, determines the best reporting to address the business question at hand, creates actionable insights, and contributes to accurate holistic understanding of the end to end supply chain. Collaborates cross-functionally with diverse technical and non-technical groups to develop a common dashboard to measure Supply Chain activities.What you will doAnalyst creates, maintains, and analyzes reports from a variety of internal and external resources to create visibility and business value.Analyst is responsible for data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support supply chain goals and standardsAnalyst uses analytical methods and a variety of tools to understand, predict, and/or control Supply Chain operations and processes.Analyst supports the organization through ad-hoc queriesEducation QualificationsBachelor's Degree PreferredExperience Qualifications4-6 years RequiredSkills and AbilitiesStrong problem-solving skills, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required (High proficiency)Speaks, writes, and presents clearly across a variety of business settings (High proficiency)Demonstrates a clear bias for action (High proficiency)Understanding of statistical principals (Medium proficiency)Experience with modeling for practical business execution (Medium proficiency)Microsoft Word (Medium proficiency)Microsoft Excel (High proficiency)Microsoft PowerPoint (Medium proficiency)Ability to write SQL (Low proficiency)Tableau (Low proficiency)Our people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
