A Brief OverviewThe Sr Financial Analyst (SFA) is responsible for drafting, analyzing and distributing standard and non standard reports that track performance, illustrating challenges and opportunities by leveraging best practices and standardized methodologies. The SFA supports multiple areas of the supply chain by providing insights along with key metric analyses that supports strategic business decisions, while identifying and tracking insurance industry trends. The SFA provides guidance to the Financial Data Analyst I role.What you will doPartner with business stakeholders to prepare data that facilitates standard and non-standard analysis and reporting in order to provide relevant and actionable insights to programs.Collaborate with internal stakeholders by preparing data and more complex analytics that illustrate opportunities for program optimization and decision making. Works in conjunction with other business units to create and pro actively communicate meaningful insights.Work cross-functionally to identify and interpret trends and communicate impact of industry changes. Track and communicate new opportunities and assist key business partners with problem resolution.Continually reviews methodology to improve and enhance reporting. Works in conjunction with other business units to produce accurate results.Explore and recommend opportunities for streamlining and standardizing reports.Maintain documentation of reporting procedures.What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Required5+ years of experience in data analytics, finance or corporate accounting required1-3 years of experience with data visualization tool Tableau, ability to create dashboards, visualizations and reporting required2+ years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment and/or store finance preferred.Superior analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to communicate with a management teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, and thoroughComfortability in working with assumptions and imperfect dataTeam player with a positive attitudeHighly curious, with desire to understand the business in detailAdvanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and AccessExperience using financial modeling software such as TM1/Planning Analytics and SPSS, a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to adjust to fast-paced work environmentWhat You'll Get: Competitive weekly pay and bonus opportunities.Total job benefits valued at more than $10k*.
