The Manager, Workforce Strategy, analyzes workforce management practices and strategies to ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet operational demands. This involves developing and implementing strategies that align with operational goals, using data analysis to predict workforce trends and challenges, and making data-driven decisions.This role collaborates with field leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure a cohesive approach to workforce management, continuously seeking improvements in processes and practices. It serves as a subject matter expert on field staffing, workforce management technology and operational best practices.The Manager, Workforce Strategy engages with industry networks, stays current with industry trends, best practices and technologies. They support workforce management related initiatives.What You'll DoDevelop and implement strategic workforce solutions for retail operations that ensure the efficient use of resources and the achievement of operational objectives.Evaluate the outcome of various labor planning scenarios and provide recommendations for optimal workforce strategies. Assist in the development of contingency plans to address potential talent shortages or surpluses.Serve as subject matter expert on field staffing, workforce management technology and solutions, and other operational performance information.Discover and implement best practices, policies, and innovative solutions to improve workforce strategies. Test solutions through pilot programs.Provide insights and recommendations through timely and accurate analyses to field leaders and senior management. Evaluate trends, identify outliers, and areas of opportunity.Communicate and collaborate with field leaders and cross-functional partners to support progressive workforce strategies.Lead project management efforts, ensuring successful execution and delivery within specified timelines and budgets.Support operational initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Build strong relationships with industry experts.Performs other duties as assignedComply with all policies and standardsWhat You'll NeedBachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree Business administration, human resources, finance, computer science, or a related field.Minimum 4-6 years Proven experience in workforce strategy, labor planning, strategic planning, or a related field withing retail or similar environment. Experience with workforce management technology.Proficient in conducting comprehensive data and trend analysis to develop and implement long-term workforce strategies.I possess business judgement skills and creative thinking skills to identify and evaluate methodologies, recommendations, opportunities, and risks.Outstanding ability to communicate and interact with others, combined with exceptional organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to completing tasks.Working knowledge of field processes, procedures, and best practices. Capable of making well-informed decisions that positively influence the organization.Expert-level knowledge of field staffing and workforce management.Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Comfortability in working with assumptions and imperfect data.Knowledge of the workforce management industry, technology solutions, and best practices.Ability to manage tight deadlines, effectively prioritize efforts and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.#LI-TD1******************************************************************************************************************************************
