Join our talented Finance team as our new Regional Director of Finance today!A few details about the role:Work closely with the vice president of regional operations, the director of regional sales, executive directors, and department directors at each assigned community to ensure financial objectives and initiatives for the communities are met.Lead the communities through the annual budget process, ensuring that the best possible budget is prepared to meet the initiatives of the communities and enterprise; assist the executive director in the presentation of the budget to the residents.Work closely with the department directors to prepare forecasts and projections to ensure results are met; can clearly explain difference between actual results and forecasts.Review the Examiner report (financial underwriting software) for all new residents to ensure they financially qualify to move into the community.Provide training to community team member to assist them in understanding the financial statements, budgets, and cash flow.Review daily, monthly, and weekly reports to identify issues; create ad hoc reports, provide financial analysis and modeling as requested.And here's what you need to apply:Bachelor's degree with major or minor in accounting, finance, or related field.Eight to ten years accounting or finance experienceLifespace has enjoyed over 40 years of success, and this is just the beginning.
