The Email Marketing Associate supports our strategy by managing day-to-day email marketing operations. They report to the Senior Content Strategist and work closely with IT-Marketing, Content, Creative, Data, Account, and Project Management teams to manage and deploy best-in-class email.What You'll DoEmail operation coordinationManage production of customer and prospect email projects.Manage email deployment calendar.Help QA in-progress and live email.Verify and approve counts.Work with IT-Marketing team and vendor partners on email deployment and other back-end email needs.Email marketing coordinationLead email status meetings with Account teams.Review and maintain the email performance dashboard to identify risks and monitor performance.Help Content team report on email marketing performance.Support Marketing Managers with email marketing needs such as audience segmentation and AB testing strategies.Day-to-dayAttend and participate in meetings with IT-Marketing, Content team, vendor partners, and other Marketing teams.Meet weekly with management to provide status updates and prioritize projects.Keep current on email marketing trends by attending webinars, subscribing to industry newsletters, and using other relevant sources.QualificationsDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.HTML knowledge preferred.Familiarity with Excel; data-oriented mindset with comfort around performance metrics.Experience using project management software (e.g., Workfront).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Self-starter, able to take ownership of multiple tasks and projects.Ability to troubleshoot and develop solutions when faced with challenges.Proven ability to collaborate effectively, showing adaptability and a willingness to learn.BenefitsMedical Insurance • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Accidental death and dismemberment • Short-term and long term Disability Insurance • Parental Leave • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Traditional and Roth 401(k) with company match • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • Employee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount • Critical Illness Insurance • Accident Insurance • Transportation and Commuting Benefits • Banking Benefits • Pet InsuranceCompensationThe estimated salary range for this role is $42,000 - $55,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
