We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Processing Representative I to join the Fund Order Processing team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - Hybrid. The Alternative group is seeking an Associate, Client Processing Representative within the Fund Order Processing / Fund of Hedge Fund Custody (FoHF) group. The team is dedicated to processing fund of hedge fund investments on behalf of its clients and providing client reporting. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Client Processing Representative, handles any/all aspects of Fund of Fund client accounts. Specific responsibilities include actioning and resolving inquiries, and transactional processing (including trade completion, execution, and settlement). Associate will serve as a point of contact for clients and assist in communicating internally with operating areas, externally with clients as well as Investment managers and Administrators. Participates in the preparation and completion of trade documentation and ensuring cash instruction verification have been completed accurately and expeditiously. Assists in processing updates to client accounts and company records to ensure they are managed correctly and in a timely manner. Responsible for maintaining and updating the daily transactional workflow of assigned trades and may assist as a team resource as needed in the completion of daily tasks. Responsible for ensuring Client Processing of transactions are handled correctly and timely through settlement. Key skills and attributes: reliable, ability to think quickly and decisively, analytical detail & multi-task oriented, keen ability to prioritize as directed, strong command of escalation, communication and writing skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be available during Month-end cycle (last three business days of month). Overtime as needed. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
