A rewarding career where your impact drives community success, in a mission-driven, results focus cultureA few details about the role:Develop and implement enterprise-wide sales strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and lead generation across multiple communities.Directly oversee Area Sales Directors, ensuring alignment with Lifespace's corporate sales goals while addressing local market nuances.Guide communities through high-level occupancy and waitlist growth strategies, focusing on Independent Living (IL) and any redevelopments.Drive continuous improvement in lead management, sales processes, and competitive positioning using data-driven insights and analysis.Mentor and provide strategic direction to Area Sales Directors, ensuring they develop and execute effective sales plans tailored to each community's needs.Provide hands-on support to community sales teams during critical periods, such as staff turnover or redevelopment, including onsite leadership and sales guidance.Lead high-level sales meetings and performance reviews, driving a culture of success, continuous improvement, and teamwork across all sales teams.Use CRM software, such as Sherpa, to extract performance data, develop coaching strategies, and lead continuous process optimization.Frequent travel (up to 70%) to support communities and provide leadership in all sales efforts.And here's what you need to apply:Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.12+ years of executive sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in multi-community or multi-site environments, ideally within senior living, retirement housing, or hospitality industries.Extensive experience leading and mentoring high-performing sales teams, including the management of regional sales directors.Proven ability to develop and implement large-scale sales strategies, with a focus on maximizing revenue, occupancy, and market penetration.Deep understanding of market analysis, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies within the senior living or CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) landscape.Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Sherpa) and data analytics to drive sales performance.Lifespace has enjoyed over 40 years of success, and this is just the beginning.
