Senior Project Manager

Our client, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the Large Scale Renewables department supporting Transmission Line Project. . Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Albany / NY City  Pay Range: $65-$75/HR  What's the Job? Lead monitoring and reporting of construction progress, attend multi-agency meetings, and analyze submitted reports. Organize and lead site visits in the field throughout the project corridor. Proactively identify and report on project and schedule risks along with necessary mitigation activities. Perform contract compliance monitoring and maintain tracking tools, escalating issues as needed. Develop appropriate project metrics and tracking mechanisms to convey project status effectively. What's Needed? 10+ years of experience in construction management and monitoring of transmission line projects (MUST) Expertise in schedule creation, forecasting, and analysis. Strong skills in contract interpretation and compliance analysis. Familiarity with Article VII permitting processes (Highly preferred) Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to work independently. What's in it for me?
