We stand committed to the success of our customers.What We Offer: Competitive payMedical, dental, and vision benefits with employer HSA contributions (US) and FSA options (US)Immediately vested 401K (US) or RRSP (Canada) with company match Paid Vacation, Personal, and Sick TimePaid maternity and paternity leave (US)Employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and AD&D (US)Robust Employee Assistance ProgramEmployer paid Leap into Service Day to volunteer Tuition Reimbursement for eligible programsOpportunities to expand your skill set and share your knowledge across a publicly traded, global organizationCompany culture of internal promotions, diverse career paths, and meaningful advancement What You'll Do: Perform various clerical duties for the AFC Accounting Team; maintain various files and data; financial reports and correspondence for Accounting.Perform multiple bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.Assist with generating financial reports and budgets.Coordinating with corporate departments and field employees to gather necessary financial information.Maintain Accounting group email inbox and answer/resolve questions for the field.Assist with the audit process by providing documentation and supporting information.Complete AFC daily tasks such as Canadian fee waivers, PAR proceeds posting, ADESA Assurance posting, daily rate entry into Oracle system, adding wire fees into the Cosmos system, undeposited receipt management, etc.Complete AFC weekly and monthly tasks such as recovery tracking, CAD filing fees, AFC Cal Funding, cross-boarder workarounds, etc.Perform various month end related duties for the AFC Accounting Team.Accounts Payable assistance and duties as assigned.Practice and promote teamwork at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organization and time management skills.Effective communication skills to collaborate with different departments and employees throughout North America.Understanding of basic accounting principles.Perform all other duties as assigned.Must Haves:High School Diploma/GED is required; Associates Degree level or equivalent in Accounting or a related field is preferred.Intermediate skills in Excel are required.Experience with Accounts Payable procedures, such as processing invoices, researching payments, etc. is preferred.
