Performs day to day management of teams based on policies and procedures, including but not limited to, setting specific plans for the team based on department goals. Responsible for overall department Process efficiency metrics while maintaining/improving SQDC results. Meets company and plant direction for SQDC as it relates to Process Group. Lead the team and provide direction to effectively problem solve.
