2Bridge has been engaged in the search for a Sales Director to join the NYC office or our FinTech Client. This is a direct-hire, full-time position.Our client is a financial data analytics company that has created a sophisticated contributed credit risk data platform. They help their clients identify, quantify, and monitor credit risk across various exposures by leveraging unique and sophisticated data and analytics. They have experienced significant growth over the last 12 months in their Buy-side client segment. Join them for the next phase of growth. The RoleWe are looking for a Sales Director to join our New York office to help drive our expansion efforts with a focus on structured credit, insurance, and asset managers. You will be responsible for quantifying and growing our SRT, Insurance, and Asset Management segments by identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities. You will have access to a proven and effective playbook, an existing client portfolio, and a strong support team of credit risk experts, quants, product specialists, and sales engineers to aid the sales process.In addition to focusing on established segments, you can help build other emerging segments, including CLOs, direct lending, etc. This is an ideal role for someone with deep knowledge of structured credit and a network of relationships across the banking, investor, and consulting landscape. You're a natural networker and "relationship-oriented," with the ability to leverage existing contacts as entry points to prospective clients. The role will be based in New York. It is a hybrid environment that requires working three days a week in the office. Our client offers a comprehensive package that includes a base salary of 120-160k, generous commission, and full benefits, including PTO, a healthy work/life balance, medical, dental, and vision coverage, sick time, bereavement, a 401k, Commuter benefits, etc. Responsibilities Leveraging a segment-based approach, Develop a clear and executable strategy for client acquisition Building a strong and viable pipeline of new opportunities through research, leveraging your networking and relationship-building Qualify viable sales prospects opportunities and prioritization the allocation of firm resources Work with prospects through the sales process, including negotiation of terms, appropriate pricing, and onboarding Become a market-visible advocate within specific client segments on the value proposition of the analytics package Identify and develop your client base, manage your desk, and collaborate across the company to increase revenue and meet or beat your quota. Requirements: 7 years of experience within Capital Markets, Banking, or Professional Services with a deep knowledge of Credit Risk, Structured Credit, Fixed Income, SRT, etc. Experience selling into and advising buy-side clients on credit risk solutions Leverage your existing relationships to gain entry points to prospective clients Skilled in lead generation and cultivation of relationships; follow-up effectively Work closely with clients to understand their needs; work with product on feature requests, allowing effective integration into their workflow Understanding of recurring revenue businesses - annuity revenue model Experience with Salesforce or other leading CRMs Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with an executive presence Proactive, with an ability to work under pressure and execute against deadlines Fluency in other foreign languages is a bonus
