Position: Account Manager Location: Lockport, ILWorksite Arrangement: Hybrid 2-3days/week in officeSalary: $60,000 annually + benefits!Start Date: ASAPSchedule: M-F, 8am-5pm CTOverview:Avenica is currently evaluating talent for an Account Manager in the logistics and transportation industry. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining strong B2B client relationships and manage consistent reporting to host QBRs, assist with client requests, as well as frequent collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities:Respond to customer and carrier inquiries accurately, following procedures and using internal systems to ensure a smooth experience and clarity for other internal teams on additional support neededProvide top-tier support by addressing account-related service questions and delivering timely, effective solutionsCommunicate consistently with customers to build and maintain strong working relationships--strong written, phone, and email communication are keys for successTrack, follow-up, and resolve any outstanding account-related inquiries that may be related to inventory, delivery timing, order compliance, etc. Prepare documentation and reports for client accounts to manage and host Quarterly Business Reviews in-person and virtuallyRequirements:2+ year(s) of account management, customer success, or other client relationship management experience requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience presenting to clients for QBRs preferred, and/or participating in QBRs and familiar with associated data Strong technical skills.
