Client Manager - Healthcare Staffing Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite Position - Not Eligible for Remote Work) Are you a relationship-driven, results-oriented professional with experience in client management, account management, or healthcare staffing recruitment? As a Client Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our healthcare clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong partnerships, and business growth. You'll work closely with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Managed Service Providers (MSP), and acute care facilities to support staffing needs, streamline operations, and maximize revenue opportunities. What You'll Do: Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and enhance long-term client relationships with hospitals, healthcare networks, and vendor partners. Account Growth & Sales: Identify new opportunities, expand existing contracts, and drive client retention through strategic staffing solutions. Recruitment & Talent Strategy: Collaborate with recruiters to match healthcare professionals with open assignments, ensuring seamless placements. Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee VMS/MSP partnerships, manage contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with client-specific hiring requirements. Process Optimization: Monitor and improve billing rules, credentialing workflows, and job order accuracy in our CRM system (Nexus or similar). Data-Driven Decision Making: Generate reports on performance, hiring trends, and client satisfaction to optimize strategies and maintain service excellence. Industry Engagement: Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and client presentations, positioning us as a leader in healthcare staffing solutions. Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in client management, recruiting, account management, or sales within the healthcare staffing industry (experience with VMS/MSP partnerships preferred). Strong business development mindset - ability to prospect, negotiate, and expand client partnerships. Excellent relationship-building skills - you know how to engage, retain, and grow accounts while ensuring top-tier customer service. Recruitment knowledge - experience working in healthcare staffing or travel medical staffing is a huge plus! High energy and resilience - ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. Exceptional time management & problem-solving skills - ability to pivot, strategize, and execute quickly. Strong communication skills - ability to present, negotiate, and build credibility with healthcare clients. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of business development or sales experience in healthcare staffing or workforce solutions. Experience working with VMS/MSP partners and hospital contracts.
