Operational Risk Manager

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an Operational Risk Analyst to join their team. As an Operational Risk Analyst, you will be part of the Risk Management department supporting compliance, risk, and governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Operational Risk Analyst Location: Remote Pay Range: $80/HR W2 What's the Job? Analyze loss events and develop insights to enhance risk management strategies. Support the implementation of risk appetite frameworks and governance processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on risk assessments. Monitor and assess operational risk metrics and key risk indicators. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or a related field. Experience in operational risk management or compliance within the banking sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
