We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic music teacher who can create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment for our students. You will also... Develop and implement a comprehensive music curriculum that includes various aspects of music theory, history, and performance Encourage students to explore different musical instruments and genres Organize and conduct school concerts, recitals, and other musical events Collaborate with other faculty and staff members to integrate music education into the broader school curriculum Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress and involvement in the music program Maintain a well-organized and engaging classroom environment that supports student learning and creativity What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field from an accredited college or university Teaching certification in music education preferred Prior teaching experience, particularly in a school setting, is preferred Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance Ability to pass both state and federal background checks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for teaching and a commitment to student development To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
