About this Position:  Represent MAP as a Compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME), support and manage Regulatory Compliance within the Plant by promoting and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, through document control, auditing, tracking, reporting, education, and providing support.   Responsibilities include: Regulatory Compliance PIC for the Plant. Responsible to assess, understand, communicate and reflect regulations to ensure compliance. Through regulation study, regional meeting attendance, and tracking/monitoring change points. Lead development and maintenance of model Control Plans and Inspection Standards. Create documentation and facilitate completion activity with department representatives. Support external / lead internal regulatory compliance audits. Support related pre and post activity, necessary preparation, conducting, and addressing concerns found (tracking, development and completion of countermeasures, and status reporting). Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance to requirements. Support departments as needed to clarify requirements and to develop sustainable solutions. Develop training material/requirements and lead training activity for regulation knowledge for individuals based on their role.
