You'll work hands-on to maintain, repair, and upgrade essential equipment.What You'll DoPreventative Maintenance: Lead routine maintenance to keep downtime low.Repair & Troubleshoot: Fix equipment issues and keep machinery to spec.Welding & Adjustments: Perform needed welding repairs and make equipment adjustments.Refrigeration Monitoring: Oversee and maintain refrigeration systems.Project Support: Assist with equipment upgrades and installations.Daily Communication: Work with Quality Control, Supervisors, and Operators to meet production goals.Documentation: Report issues promptly to supervisors in writing and verbally.What You NeedExperience: 3-5 years in manufacturing maintenance.Mechanical Skills: Expertise in machining, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication.Tech Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.License: Refrigeration Engineer's License a plus, but not required.Physical Ability: Able to lift, push, or pull up to 60 lbs.Flexibility: Open to working 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, weekends, and holidays.Preferred SkillsLOTO (Lockout/Tagout) safety experienceFamiliarity with Videojets, blow molders, and conveyor systemsKnowledge of motors, pumps, valves, seals, bearings, and electrical control systemsExperience with lathes, drills, grinders, and milling machinesPLC experienceRefrigeration Engineer's license is a plusBenefitsCompetitive weekly payTraining and career advancement opportunitiesPositive team environmentComprehensive access to tools and resourcesTo apply, please call Jessica @ (205) 775-0158
