Description "‹Looking for an opportunity to make an impact?Leidos is seeking an Infrastructure Services Lead to support large-scale migration and operations on a large, high-profile DOD contract. The I3TS program provides enterprise-wide IT support to enable DTRA's Information Management & Technology Directorate (ITD) to consolidate, modernize, and continuously innovate the delivery of IT services and mission capabilities to DTRA's internal and external mission partners operating in CONUS and OCONUS locations. This position is a leadership position on the program responsible for overseeing a team administering, maintaining, supporting, remediating services on a 27/7 basis, supporting internal DTRA users and external mission partners operating on NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS. Infrastructure will support access to DTRA's local special mission partner networks. Supported assets and operations include, but are not limited to, servers, hosting environments, compute, storage, infrastructure, networks, wireless (classified and unclassified) networks, COMSEC, circuits, DevSecOps platforms and pipelines, virtualization (both server and endpoint), and mission operations.Provide thought leadership to team of 40+ network engineers and systems administrators spread across the globe, actively identifying opportunities for improvement including innovations aimed at improving the user experience, improving efficiencies, and lowering sustainment costs.Responsible for the following to ensure 24X7 operations of DTRA's Network:Operations, Maintenance, Sustainment, and Availability SupportSecurity Infrastructure Operation and MaintenanceIncident, Problem, Outage, and Trouble ManagementData Center ManagementCommunications Security (COMSEC) Infrastructure SupportProvide inputs to the design of the enterprise's network and mission architectureEvaluate network architectures across platforms to ensure alignment to cloud and network modernization strategies, capabilities and requirement setsEnforce security best practices and guidelines, leveraging knowledge of security policies, network security, and data securityWHAT SETS YOU APART (basic qualifications)Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experienceDoD Top Secret clearanceExperience designing, deploying, and operating software defined networking solutionsExpert understanding of networking in the areas of LAN, WAN, TCP/UDP, IPSec, VPN, proxies, routing (L2/L3), firewalls and software defined networkingAbility to work effectively within a distributed technical team, aided by strong written and verbal communication skillsIT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 4 Foundation and one or more ITIL Practice Manager, Managing Professional, or Strategic Leader certifications towards ITIL mastery.One or more DoDD 8140.01 certifications related to performanceOne or more technical or management certifications related to delivery of services.Experience supporting DevSecOps-enabled delivery methodologies, technologies, platforms, and/or pipelines.Experience supporting services within the scope of this Task Order for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICs environments.Experience delivering executive-level technical briefings and presentations to senior Government personnel.Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications, not required.
