Shift: Currently hiring for 10:45pm - 6:45am (Future schedule can be 6:45pm-6:45am (2/2/3 schedule) Pay: $29.79-$37.23/ hr Benefits: We are dedicated to your professional growth by partnering directly with Cincinnati State to enroll employees in classes, and we compensate you for the time spent attending these classes Tools and steel toe shoes provided $0.95 Shift differential Relocation assistance may be available The Opportunity: Performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on electrical and mechanical systems involving production equipment and plant systems including PLCs. Responsibilities include: Ensure production machinery functions correctly and efficiently Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, compressor, and vacuum systems Work on motors, and conveyors, AC/DC, PLC troubleshooting Will work with steam and boiler controls and mechanical power drives Perform predictive and preventative maintenance activities Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures Complete Timely and accurate paperwork What you need to succeed: Strong Electrical aptitude required with extensive troubleshooting experience Experience with Troubleshooting in a Production/Manufacturing Environment An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls and power transmission systems Ability to install and set up both A/C and D/C drives Able to install and troubleshoot basic 3 phase motor control circuits Knowledge of the various types of sensors and limit switches A good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving ability preferred Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings Must be fully computer literate with Microsoft environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner Ability to work weekends & overtime Basic mathematical skills and basic technology/computer skills Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Military training and/or Technical School preferred Corrugated background is a plus, but not required What we offer: Corporate culture based on integrity, respect, accountability and excellence Comprehensive training with numerous learning and development opportunities An attractive salary reflecting skills, competencies and potential A career with a global packaging company where Sustainability, Safety and Inclusion are business drivers and foundational elements of the daily work The pay range for this position is $29.79-37.23/hr depending on your role, level and location.
