ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Centralized Services Deputy Manager to join our team in the San Antonio, TX area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to coordinate with staff and to resolve issues to ensure program goals and requirements are metAnticipates internal and or external operational challenges, vendor and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements Leads teams in detangling complex program issues and implements effective improvements. Coordinates with program leadership to address internal and external customer issues and concerns. Acts as a liaison between corporate and program personnel on physical and information security requirementsTravel may be required to meet program objectivesMinimum Qualifications:5 years' experience in management Experience using and/or developing ServiceNowAbility to convey concepts in both verbal and written formatsPossesses an understanding of Information Assurance, Service Level Agreements, and Network Availability. Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of success with diverse teamsStrong communication and presentation skillsClearance Requirements:Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ PolyPhysical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to collaborate with other leaders/teams, use standard office automation equipment, and virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
