The system analyst should exhibit customer service skills necessary to provide ongoing telephone support for end users. Requirements:  Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree preferred; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field 3-5 years related experience  Knowledge of CERNER patient accounting and revenue cycle Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, payer regulations, ICD-10, CPT coding, and other healthcare compliance standards. Experience with DRG (Diagnosis-Related Groups), APC (Ambulatory Payment Classification), and Value-Based Reimbursement models.
