In this role, you will drive operational excellence, inspire high-performing teams, and achieve full occupancy, ensuring our residents experience the highest quality of life. What You'll Do: Lead with Vision - Oversee all aspects of community management, upholding Stellar's standards and culture. Drive Occupancy - Utilize strategic marketing and exceptional service to attract and retain residents. Foster a Positive Culture - Create an environment of care, compassion, and excellence. Ensure Operational Success - Manage finances, healthcare services, customer satisfaction, and compliance. Build Strong Relationships - Connect with residents, families, and the greater Redmond community.  What You Bring: Proven Success - A track record of rapidly achieving full occupancy and delivering results on time and within budget. Leadership Excellence - The ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team. Operational Mastery - Deep knowledge of senior living operations, financial management, and resident care. Educational & Licensing Requirements - A Bachelor's degree (master's in business or healthcare administration preferred) and a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator certification.  Why Join Stellar Senior Living?
