As an Insurance Processor Agent, you will be part of a dedicated department supporting various team initiatives. The ideal candidate will have previous Insurance experience, excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to professionalism, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Insurance Processor Agent Location: Manchester, MN Pay Range: $22-25/hr What's the Job? Process monthly commissions for agents and maintain accurate records. Assist agents with policy questions, changes, and coverage inquiries. Handle new auto applications and endorsements efficiently. Develop and maintain strong relationships with insureds and insurance company representatives. Ensure all necessary forms are updated and readily available for use. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED; insurance background and license are strongly preferred. Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs while providing an exceptional consumer experience. Excellent personal organization skills with superior telephone etiquette. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
