Will assist AP Manager and Team Leader on Quality Assurance & Improvement and supervision of daily workflow and staffing.   REQUIREMENTS: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associates degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. As Life Sciences or related field. 1 - 3 years of experience.  HT (ASCP). Must demonstrate proficiency with IHC/SS validations and maintenance of equipment. Must be able to demonstrate and coach others on proper technique with routine Histology functions. Must be able to manage projects. Qualification in IHC desirable.
