Maintenance Manager

Our client, a leader in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Manager Location: Caledonia, WI (near Franklin, WI) Pay Range: Up to $135,000 What's the Job? Lead refrigeration, building, grounds, and equipment maintenance functions, including improvement initiatives and process changes. Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair of ammonia refrigeration equipment and systems performed by on-site staff or contractors. Manage all maintenance and technical needs for the facility while ensuring timely repair and on-track preventative maintenance schedules. Collaborate with the warehouse management team on safety, equipment utilization, and emergency preparedness. Maintain all inspection, audit, and maintenance records, participating in facility audits and compliance reviews. What's Needed? Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in a 24/7 operational environment. In-depth knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and applicable certifications. Experience with HAYSSEN packaging equipment and YAMATO scales. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
