Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance Technician We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system troubleshooting and repairs. Diagnose and maintain PLC-controlled systems and automated equipment. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with expertise in electrical, mechanical, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
